Dr. MacAulay is a facilitator, author, and university professor with 20+ years of experience in organizational and personal development with organizations such as IKEA, Under Armour, and Tampa Bay Lightning.
Dr. MacAulay is an award-winning Instructor at the Muma College of Business, USF, where she teaches in the fields of leadership, organizational behavior, social and emotional intelligence to undergraduate, graduate, and executive students.
A graduate of Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University, she has worked with Fortune 100 and 500 corporations, non-profit organizations, and academic institutions to help develop and enhance their talent development and DEIB initiatives through interactive and customized workshops.
