Citadel Fence is seeking an exceptional individual with five to seven years of operations management experience in construction or trades-related work to join their team!

As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of business operations in Halifax and Moncton. From inventory management to employee relations, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered to clients with the highest quality, on time, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include maintaining strong employee relations, managing job sites, scheduling, fostering supplier relationships, and handling end-of-job responsibilities. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to apply your problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to drive the continued development of Citadel Fence through improved processes and systems that enhance efficiency.
