CFFI is recruiting a Vice President, Treasury (VP). Reporting to the President & Director. The VP is a key member of the executive team and plays a critical role in developing and implementing a financial resource and risk management strategy that enables CFFI to pursue investment opportunities and day-to-day operations. The VP is responsible for cash flow forecasting, planning, and management, including receivables and payables management. The executive collaborates with expert professional teammates to ensure cohesion in financial reporting, tax compliance, international accounting and consolidations, and cash management planning in domestic and international efforts. The VP manages CFFI corporate risk and information technology portfolios, overseeing the insurance program and ensuring that IT solutions, policies, and procedures meet the organization’s needs. A trust builder with low ego and strong interpersonal skills to complement their keen financial acumen, the VP is instrumental in fostering and nurturing CFFI’s valued external relationships with banks, lending, insurance, and IT partners.
The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree in finance or accounting with a CPA designation or a Master of Business Administration (MBA). They will bring at least 10 years of working experience in senior leadership with expertise in Corporate Finance and Treasury. The VP will bring strong analytical thinking and sound judgment, with a bias for execution. They are a passionate team player and leader with the inherent ability to collaborate with colleagues and build strong internal relationships and external partnerships. The VP thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact across diverse sectors.
