Vice President, Program Delivery & Performance - EfficiencyOne (Filled)

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President, Program Delivery & Performance is a key member of E1’s Executive Leadership Team, providing vision, leadership, and support to ensure the successful delivery of ENS’ diverse portfolio of programs and services in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan, continued expansion and growth. Forward thinking and customer-centric, the Vice President champions the development and delivery of new innovative programs and services, leveraging customer insights, emerging technology, industry trends and best practices, while overseeing the modernization of program and service operations to ensure that the right infrastructure, systems, and processes are in place. Adept at building strong relationships with delivery agents and key partners, they work closely with executive peers as a representative with various legislative groups and stakeholders and as an advocate for ENS’ programs and services to transform the way people use energy.
The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree in engineering, environment, business, or a related field. With at least 8 years of relatable progressive leadership experience spent successfully leading strategy and teams through growth and change, the Vice President is accustomed to delivering on strategic objectives and generating strong performance results in complex, dynamic environments. Energy efficiency industry experience and/or knowledge, including energy management, Demand Side Management, efficiency and conservation programs, are considered assets. Government relations, corporate board governance and regulatory experience are also assets. An inclusive leader, the successful candidate excels in leading and developing high-performing, customer-centric teams, and is savvy in building trusted relationships and partnerships. With strong financial acumen and exceptional communication skills, E1’s Vice President is passionate and committed to building a better world through economic and environmental prosperity.
