Your Role:
As a Senior Consultant reporting to the Vice President of Talent, Culture, and HR Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in scoping, planning, and delivering transformative HR Advisory projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing strategic advice to clients on various HR initiatives.

Your Impact:
  • • Taking the lead in scoping, planning, and delivering HR Advisory projects.
  • • Providing strategic advice to clients on HR planning, talent strategy, employee experience, policies and regulations, workforce planning, and more.
  • • Implementing cutting-edge talent and culture solutions based on extensive knowledge of research and best practices.
  • • Spearheading culture strategy and transformation initiatives.
  • • Conducting leadership assessments and facilitating individual and team development programs.
  • • Playing a key role in shaping organizational success through dynamic client engagement.
  • • Leading projects independently, showcasing a track record of successful HR leadership and consulting experience.

Who We Seek:
  • • Results-driven HR professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving organizational success.
  • • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, such as Human Resources Management, or equivalent experience.
  • • 5-7 years of related HR experience.
  • • Proven ability to independently lead projects and provide impactful HR advisory services.
  • • Post-graduate diploma/certificate in Human Resources or a CPHR designation is preferred.
