For more than 30 years Cresco has built award-winning homes and communities across Halifax. They are now seeking a talented, passionate, and innovative Sales Manager to evolve, and elevate their home sales experience.
In this newly created position, you will provide and implement a strategic vision for Cresco’s sales division while forging a unique and winning relationship with the realtor community. You will direct activity and sales communication for each new Cresco project. As Sales Manager you’ll be in a unique position to bring your entrepreneurial mindset to each project by continually improving and elevating customer experience and have a creative passion managing sales campaigns for new home launches.
This is a highly collaborative and impactful role where you will be working alongside all areas of the business, as well as taking ownership of projects you can be proud of. You will be accountable to achieve key sales targets, including top-line revenue. You will work closely with executive leadership and report directly to the Vice President of Construction & Development.
A knowledge of projects, developments, and local real estate industry associations in the HRM would be a great asset for this role. If you have experience creating and implementing successful sales strategies, systems, and processes, a passion for real estate, and want to drive impact, we would like to speak to you.
