Reporting to the Academic Vice-President and Provost and supported by the Recruitment Advisory Committee, the Director of Recruitment is responsible for developing and implementing international and domestic recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets through effective data analysis, market evaluation, team management, and relationship building both internally and externally. As a collaborative, ambitious, and creative thinker, the director will work closely with stakeholders to identify new markets and foster relationships with prospective students via high school guidance counsellors, agents, teachers, and principals, as well as other college and university representatives and the StFX alumni network. The director will represent StFX at recruitment events and through presentations, fairs, and one-on-one meetings throughout the year.

Salary Range: $90,441 - $110,487 per year (2022 rates).
