You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership in athletics or recreation
  • Proven experience in budget management, strategic planning, and team leadership
  • Knowledge of AUS/U SPORTS, ACAA/CCAA, and compliance frameworks
  • A track record of success in fundraising, marketing, and community engagement
  • A passion for student development and inclusive leadership

What You Value

  • Leadership: You lead with integrity, empathy, and vision.
  • Equity & Inclusion: You create spaces where everyone feels welcome and supported.
  • Student Success: You prioritize student growth, wellness, and achievement.
  • Collaboration: You build strong, respectful relationships across teams and communities.
  • Excellence: You set high standards and inspire others to reach them.
