We are seeking an Associate Registrar, Recruitment in the Office of the Registrar. Reporting to the Registrar and Director of Enrolment Planning and supported by a talented recruitment team, the Associate Registrar, Recruitment takes a lead role in driving the University’s student recruitment portfolio with direct accountability for the administration of the recruitment plan in support of enrolment objectives outlined in the University’s strategic enrolment plan.
The successful candidate has a University degree in a related discipline (Master’s degree is preferred) combined with at least eight years of experience spent in recruiting, registrarial, or a related field. They have demonstrated experience leading teams and ideally have working knowledge and experience from time spent in the post-secondary environment. The Associate Registrar, Recruitment is an engaging people manager and relationship builder with strong interpersonal and communication skills. They have proven experience developing and implementing new strategies, policies, and procedures and are adept at problem solving, project management, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate is experienced with data analysis, the use of MS products and ideally student information systems (i.e. Banner).
