As the Administrator/CAO, you will play a vital role in the overall management of the facility, working collaboratively with a dedicated Board of Directors, department directors, and staff to ensure the highest standards of care and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will hold a Baccalaureate or higher degree in a health-related discipline or public health administration. Alongside this educational foundation, we require some managerial experience. We're looking for someone who not only manages but inspires—someone with a proven track record of fostering effective employee relations and adeptly navigating the complexities of government legislation and securing funds additional through grants. Experience in a unionized environment is a plus, as is direct experience collaborating with a Board of Directors. Above all, we seek a leader who embodies excellence, seamlessly blending administrative finesse, leadership, and a positive demeanor with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
