With its breathtaking coastal views, rich Mi'kmaq heritage, and a strong sense of community, Pictou Landing offers an enriching environment where tradition meets modern living. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to play a pivotal role in supporting our community’s growth and well-being.

As the Director of Human Resources, you will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and be responsible for leading and enhancing HR functions within the community. • Organizational Development: Assist in developing strategies to meet organizational goals, participating in senior management discussions and decision-making.
